



Post Production & Facilities - Nigel Duthie
Nigel Duthie began his editing career in film and worked on the infamous Comic Strip Series. He then moved to launch Sky and from there went to ITV. Network credits include ITV’s X Factor, BBC Strictly Come Dancing, Channel 4’s The F Word, BBC’s Nigella’s Feasts, ITV’s Trisha, ITV’s This Morning FIVE’s Bedroom Confidential and Formula One. He was winner of the Promax Editors awards in 1999. Nigel has worked on tapeless editing at World Cup 2006 Germany and on High Def.Training Manager – Michael O’Sullivan
Michael has a managed a wide variety of broadcast and digital media training projects and events ranging from courses for 4 or 5 people up to events for 150 delegates and projects supporting around 250 freelancers. He also managed the development and deployment of the first on-line, real time assessment programme in the UK and has worked on training and educational projects in South Africa, the Netherlands, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Yemen, Ireland, Malaysia and Israel for blue chip clients including BMW, Bahrain Telecom and MAN. Prior to joining IBM he was General Manager of the UK arm of an international educational consultancy.
Programme Finance Manager – Jamie Barratt
Jamie Barratt has been in the TV industry for 27 years working both for Broadcasters and Indie sector. He was the Head of Production for Network Factual Production at Meridian, commissions included; ITV’s Holiday Homes from Hell, ITV’s I Want That House, ITV’s Tenants from Hell, ITV’s That Esther, and FIVE’s Driving Mum Crazy.
Winner of a place on the fast tracker scheme at Edinburgh TV festival, Lyndsay went on to become the Series Editor of ITV’s flagship talk show Trisha. At just 24 Lyndsay was in charge of a multi million pound budget, 200+ hours of network TV, and a team of 40. From there Lyndsay went on to Series Produce and originate many of her own network programmes ranging from BBC2’s Food and Drink, ITV’s I Want That House, FIVE’s Kentucky Teen Vampires ITV’s 18 to 30 Stoners, Channel 4’s Best Friends and ITV’s That’s Esther.Lyndsay has completed the Women Entrepreneurs training programme at University of Surrey, as well as being a qualified trainer and NLP trained. Lyndsay is on the board of directors for Women in Film and TV.



Development Producer – Simon Paintin
Simon has a strong populist factual entertainment background. His network credits include; ITV's Pete Burn's Unspun, ITV's 60 Minute Makeover, ITV's Crime Pays and Discovery Health's Dietbusters, to name some. He is a top shooting director that has travelled all over the world making programmes.
